Sa Aigua mixes these both concepts.
Sa Aigua's concept
Sa Aigua is a tourist company focused on the Food & Beverage services. It was settled in the beginning of 2021 by four university students.
We are an exclusive glass-bubble restaurant that offers an adults only service. Our restaurant is located in a private beach of Costa Brava which is owned by Eden Roc Mediterranean Hotel & Spa.
We offer 6 private dining rooms located above the sea where you will be able to enjoy 365º views, all of them covered with a bubble made of glass. Eating in Sa Aigua means living a unique experience that will make you feel as if you were eating in the middle of the sea, in the heart of the Mediterranean.
The slogan of the company is “ ¡Flavours in a bubble! ” because with this single sentence we summarize the two main concepts of our experience: the food flavours and the establishment built using glass-bubbles.

In our restaurant we count with the most professional staff possible in order to give you the best service. We have an exceptional kitchen staff which take into account all the details and a wide range of employees who work directly with the public such as waiters, sommeliers or receptionists.
